The former TOWIE star recently came under fire from fans after claiming she lost half a stone in just a week by drinking coffee.

Lauren Goodger, 32, took to Instagram to share a video where she spoke about the weight loss in depth, making sure to inform her followers that it was an advert for Skinny Coffee Club.

The babe explained that she had over-indulged a little over Christmas and as a result, had gained a few pounds.

But since drinking the coffee ‘ which isn’t a meal replacement ‘ Lauren revealed she’d lost half a stone in a week.
