A familiar face will be leading the University of South Florida’s quest to find a replacement for retiring president Judy Genshaft. Les Muma will chair the search committee, USF board of trustees chairman Brian Lamb announced Friday.
Muma and his wife, Pam, have given more than $56 million to USF and are the largest individual donors in the school’s history. Their names already adorn the college of business and basketball practice center. Les Muma also is a member of the board of trustees and chaired the first leg of USF’s $1 billion fundraising campaign.
A 1966 graduate of USF, he is the retired chairman and CEO of Fiserv Inc., a financial industry automation products and services company he co-founded in 1984. He and his wife live in Pinellas County.
